User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share access credentials with others

Share Links
When you create a share link, you are responsible for who you share it with. Anyone with the link can view the schedule. You can revoke share links at any time. We are not responsible for how recipients use the shared information.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Parenting Time Planner and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your schedule data remains yours.
Subscription and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice when possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parenting Time Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parenting Time Planner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
